Charitable Request

All requests for assistance or donation must be submitted through the form below 30 days prior.

• Monetary donations are reserved for emergency relief and other nonprofits in dire straights.

• Basket/gift and any Chinese auction donations are reserved for employees and families of the Crazy Horse Coffee Crew Only.

• Coffee donation at events (100 participants or more) you buy one - we donate one.

• Coffee service donation must have 500+ participants & may be considered if I have the staff at Crazy Horse Coffee to fulfill the request

• Coffee supply: We prepare, you pick up/sell/serve we supply the coffee and fixens for you to make some money with our donated product. (Must return items cleaned and free of debris) 

 

Thanks a lot for considering us. Currently we receive dozens of requests per week and as your event is important, I have to take into consideration my staff and their ability to meet as many needs as we can with a budget in mind! 

Note: Applications are printed and reviewed the month prior. December requests must be submitted by NOVEMBER 1ST.
